Upgrade to the Mt Evelyn Community Website

As we were changing servers the website runs on we decided to upgrade the system and looks as well.
This has allowed us to look a bit more into search engine friendliness, upgrade some information and add room for more!

We are still working on a few things, but they're mainly just how information is shown.

We will be going through a lot of the contacts for community groups and businesses, so asking for people to contact us if any of the information is wrong or out of date. You can email us at mtevelyn@gmail.com if you see any information that needs changing.
